Hailing from Marin County, CA, Bruce developed his genuine interest in furniture making during high-school woodshop. After leaving a career with the USFS as a wildland firefighter to pursue woodworking, he made custom furniture mainly from lumber milled with his Alaskan chainsaw mill. Seeking refinement in his style, Bruce finds CR to be the perfect place to focus on detail, technique, and design.
