Kurt comes to CRFW from San Francisco. With degrees in Product Design and Art History from Stanford, he spent the previous two decades splitting his career between mechanical engineering at technology firms and teaching and curating at museums. Most recently a mechanical engineer in the hardware prototyping studio at Google X, he is very happy to leave the robots, lasers, 3D printers, and computers behind for the year and have a workbench at CRFW.
