Mason Heimburger

Since moving to the Bay Area I have fallen in love with the building arts and crafts associated. I am drawn to architecture and design that tells a story and is rooted in place. Californias history and landscape’s have been a focal point in my studies, specifically work from the First Bay Tradition of the early 20th century. I am interested in regional styles that celebrate nature and workmanship. This has lead me to practicing fine woodworking.
To study on the Mendocino coast among the redwoods is a privilege. I am honored to be a part of the Krenov School and its ever-growing legacy. Looking forward to a year of challenge and discovery!
