Mel Weber(he, they)

I grew up on a family farm in southwest Montana, which afforded me consistent exposure to the joys and frustrations of building, designing, and fixing from an early age. Aligning my adult life with these principles took me all over the country learning various crafts, including welding, furniture design, motorcycle restoration, and eventually a brief stint at architecture school, which all but solidified my strong preference for creating primarily through the hands, eyes, and intuitive relationship with material: a philosophy that few institutions are able to honor quite like the Krenov school.
